Andreea is a Northern Virginia native who has been helping clients buy and sell homes throughout Northern Virginia and Washington, DC since 2013. Over more than a decade in the business, she has built a reputation for sharp instincts, careful follow-through, and steady communication, especially when the stakes are high. Whether she is working with a first-time condo buyer, a family searching for their forever home, or a client ready to downsize, Andreea brings the same level of care to every transaction.

Andreea earned her B.A. in Psychology from George Mason University, and that background shapes how she works with clients. She takes the time to understand what matters most to each buyer and seller, and many of her clients come back to work with her again and refer their friends and family.

After more than ten years living in Arlington, Andreea moved to the Bloomingdale neighborhood in DC, where she lives with her husband, Paul, and their mini dachshund, Penny. Outside of work, she enjoys running, trying new restaurants and wineries, and baking. She often sends clients home with something sweet on closing day. Andreea also volunteers with Lasagna Love, cooking meals for local families in need, and helps her neighbors care for Bloomingdale’s Crispus Attucks Park.
