Blake is awesome. We met with him on a Saturday after I received a recommendation for him in a financial forum. He listened exactly to what we wanted and valued in a property. I was a finance major in undergrad but it had been awhile since I had run the numbers, and he was able to very quickly determine what purchase price would put us at what monthly payments. After listening to us, he recommended a property he had seen the day before that NAILED what we were looking for. Long story short, he wrote an offer for us that night and our offer was the one that was accepted. Thanks to Blake, we spent 1 day buying a house. I cannot put into words how much stress he saved us from. I’ve had friends go through the process of home buying for over a year to end up with no home—I’m thankful we had Blake. We will use him again in 5 years when we buy another property! Update: We used Blake again in 2026 to both sell and buy our new house. Blake got us exactly what we wanted on the sell side despite a market of rising interest rates. He also helped us secure our new house and provided great advice on aspects of the deal we didnt know ourselves (double attorney household). We will use Blake again if we upgrade our house in another 5-7 years as hes probably one of the smartest agents out there with the most business acumen. I sent my best from from law school to Blake and she was shocked how quickly he sold her house for a price she wanted. Also noteable is the addition of Hayley to his team - Blake's assistant. She is fabulous and completely on top of things. Very much appreciate her being part of the deal.
