Leah Davenport graduated from Penn State in 2014 with a dual degree in Public Relations and Supply Chain & Information Systems. She moved to Washington, D.C. and first took the corporate IT Auditor route at EY, but quickly realized IT Auditing was not her jam.

She dove headfirst into the world of event planning, working alongside a wedding planner and planning legal events at George Mason University’s law school with high-ranking federal judges, supreme court justices, and senators.

In 2016, together with her husband and business partner, Blake, Leah co-founded Discover Arlington. This was their way to stand out from the competition and show the world all things awesome in Arlington – from delicious eats to trendy hangouts and everything worth exploring. Discover Arlington exploded into a community of over 22,000 people! Happy hours, home buying workshops, showcasing the coolest restaurants, and top-notch events – you name it!

In 2017, Leah obtained her real estate license. When the pandemic hit in 2020, she went all-in on real estate and she never looked back. That’s when The Davenport Group team was born! When she’s not busy sealing the deal or connecting with new clients, Leah’s the mastermind behind the team’s operations, marketing, and strategy. Plus, she’s passionate about building relationships with past clients and top agents across the nation. So whether you’re buying, selling, or just in need of some serious real estate magic, Leah’s got your back!

In her downtime, Leah loves being a mama to her babies Liam and Amelia, and of course her mini-labradoodle, Nala. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, exploring new wineries and finding the best local coffee shops.
